For our Business Intelligence team in the Data department, we are looking for a Data Analyst. In this position you will grow within an international and quickly growing company, using data to solve business problems and create new insights, all while utilizing your analytical skills to the maximum. You will primarily work with the two other analysts within the company as well as the Data Science and Data Engineering teams within the Data Department. You will be involved in analytics performed for teams throughout the XITE, in particular Finance, Advertising, Marketing, Music, and Product.
What will you be doing?
Support strategic decision making by analysing opportunities as well as helping to structure and provide data insights to answer key strategic questions.
Use data to help define and steer roadmaps and campaigns.
Provide input to data engineers and developers to implement and continuously improve a robust and scalable data infrastructure.
Standardize analytics methodologies, definitions, and system processes within XITE;
Work with our real-time technology stack, which includes Python, Elasticsearch, Kibana, ClickHouse, Superset and Cassandra, to find new insights (you will receive on-the-job guidance to be able to do this).
You love numbers, analytics, and digging deep into data to investigate business questions and present recommendations in a clear and compelling way.
Demonstrable ability to understand and link customer behaviors to business impact, uncovering and synthesizing connections that are not always clear.
Some SQL proficiency as well as data cleaning and preparation (Python is beneficial)
Excellent data visualization and storytelling skills, capable of driving actions from stakeholders, e.g. self-service visualization tools or slide decks.
Proactive and enthusiastic.
Some experience in coding, data mining and data modelling is a plus.
Experience as an analyst or in a related position is a plus, but analytical thinking, proactivity, and being able to learn quickly are just as important.
You (preferably) have a degree in a relevant field.
