We are looking for an experienced programmatic Sales Manager to help the network achieve its revenue goals. Based in Amsterdam the Sales Manager will have great responsibility and autonomy to help direct the path of the company as distribution and audiences grow. Key markets are the USA, UK, Ireland and the Netherlands. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a diverse and fun culture as it establishes itself as a digital entertainment destination.


The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing programmatic yield, reporting, and analysis of advertising across all points of OTT distribution including connected devices, consoles, and MVPD digital set-top boxes.

  • Manage small team of demand managers
  • Set individual sales targets for the demand managers
  • Coordinate & evaluate sales plans with the demand managers
  • Lead Ad inventory and revenue forecasting on an ongoing and real time basis
  • Management of XITE-wide Ad Sales rate cards
  • Work in partnership with OTT partners to ensure changes to distribution platforms are anticipated and incorporated into projections and plans
  • Partner with Sales management to develop Ad strategies within new partner distribution channels
  • Create and update Ad Sales, optimization, reporting, and billing workflows

Requirements

  • 5 – 7 years analysis experience, with a minimum of 3 years in sales, and proficient in the complexities of programmatic selling and technology
  • Experience with digital advertising technologies (ie. SpotX, DFP, AdX, Rubicon, AppNexus, OpenX, Index Exchange, DMPs)
  • Highly proficient in the complexities of programmatic selling
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue and process improvements
  • Provide strategic support to the tech and Ad operations organizations to maximize revenue potential and drive operational efficiency
  • Provide in-depth strategic input on pricing and inventory trends and patterns to maximize sales opportunities
  • Evaluate new partner technology and work with Ad operations and product team on integrations
  • Producing regular forecasts and pacing reports to keep the organization and senior management informed of revenue status
